To be in line with the concept of ‘Healthy Army Healthy Nation’, the brainchild of the Commander of the Army, Lieutenant General R.M.D Rathnayake, troops of the Security Force Headquarters East (SFHQ-E) organized a three-day awareness workshop on ‘Art of living’ on the directions of Major General Lal Perera, Commander, SFHQ-E at SFHQ-E premises, Welikanda.
The three-day workshop was conducted by Mr. Sri Ravi Shanker, Indian instructor with the participation of 67 Army personnel serving under SFHQ-E.
