Security Force Headquarters - Central (SFHQ - Central) recently conducted a program aimed at distributing dates to the Haputale and Kahagolla Jummah Masjids on 22 February 2024. This initiative was organized to support the Muslim community in preparation for the upcoming fasting season.
In collaboration with a generous philanthropist, SFHQ - Central coordinated the provision of the required stock of dates. Each Masjid received 20 kg of dates, ensuring a significant contribution to the community's needs. Major General S.R.B. Aluvihare RWP RSP ndu psc, the Commander, SF-Central, along with several Senior Officers, personally visited the Jummah Masjids to oversee the distribution and handover of dates.
