The 7th Regiment Sri Lanka Signal Corps (SLSC) under the Security Force Headquarters-Central (SFHQ-C) organized a ‘Sil’ campaign to commemorate Poson Poya Day at Kahagolla Aranya Senansanya, Diyathalawa on Tuesday (02).
Ven Oluwethota Dhammavisuddi Thero and Ven Ellegama Thero delivered Dhamma sermons during the ‘Sil’ campaign which drew a large number of devotees.
Meanwhile, a free eatery to offer gram was organize by the SFHQ-C troops at the temple premises for the devotees who participated in the ‘Sil’ campaign.
Major General Sumedha Perera, Commander, SFHQ-C, Brigadier K.M.D.A.A. De Silva, Brigadier General Staff, SFHQ-C, several officers and other ranks participated in the events.
