SFHQ-C Troops Conduct 'Shramadana' to Clean Temple Premises

1 Sri Lanka Rifle Corps (SLRC) troops serving the 111 Brigade of the Security Force Headquarters - Central (SFHQ-C) conducted a Shramadana campaign to clean up the surroundings at Budumaga Senasuna Temple on Tuesday (24).

The Shramadana campaign got underway in response to a request made by the Chief incumbent to the Commanding Officer of the 1 SLRC. A group of Army personnel took part in the Shramadana campaign and cleaned the temple premises.

After the Shramadana campaign, the Chief Incumbent and the priests of the temple extended blessings to the Commander and all personnel of the Army during a special oration.
