A foundation stone for construction of a new administrative building for the Security Force Headquarters - Central (SFHQ-C) was laid amidst chanting of Pirith on Tuesday (18) at SFHQ-C premises at Diyatalawa.
Members of the Maha Sangha, Security Force Commander, Central, senior officers several others attended this occasion.
