Army physiotherapists and medical experts of the Panagoda Sport Medical Unit conducted an “Injury Prevention and Management” workshop at the Security Force Headquarters-Wanni (SFHQ – W) premises for Physical Training Instructors (PTI), attached to different sub-units in the SFHQ – W, during July 21-22 to educate participants on modern techniques in the sphere of physiotherapists.
Lieutenant Colonel L. R .T .D Herath, together with Several Army officers and other ranks conducted the workshop.
250 Physical Training Instructors who have followed the basic and advanced PTI courses in the Army, and now employed for their classic roles for administrative roles of the SFHQ –W, were further educated during the workshop.
