Army physiotherapists and medical experts in the field of Physiotherapy in Panagoda Sport Medical Unit conducted an Injury Prevention and Management workshop at the Security Force Headquarters-Kilinochchi (SFHQ – KLN) premises for Physical Training Instructors (PTI) attached to different sub-units of the SFHQ – KLN, during July (23 - 24) to educate participants on latest development in the physical exercise sphere.
Lieutenant Colonel L. R .T .D Herath together with Several Army officer and other ranks conducted the workshop.
65 Physical Training Instructors who have followed basic and advance PTI courses in the Army and now employed for their classic roles in the administrative area of SFHQ – KLN, were further educated in the workshop.
Moreover, the same workshop was conducted by Lieutenant Colonel L. R .T .D Herath together with Several Army officers at the Security Force Headquarters - Mullaittivu (SFHQ-MLT) premises during July (25 - 26) for more than 80 PTI instructors serving at the SFHQ-MLT.
Colonel, General Staff Officer (GSO) of the SFHQ-MLT, Colonel S Kasthurimudali together with several senior officers also attended the workshop.
