The newly-appointed Commander, Security Forces-West (SF-West), Major General Mahinda Mudalige addressed the troops under command to the SF - West on Wednesday (24) at the Panagoda Army indoor stadium as a part of a military formality.
1000 plus Officers and Other Ranks of the Divisions, Brigades, Units and formations attended the gathering.
