Major General S.R.B Aluvihare RWP RSP ndu psc, Commander, Security Force -Central, made his maiden visit to the 12 Infantry Division from 06 to 08 February 2024.
During the visit, he paid homage to the sacred Ruhunu Maha Kataragama Dewalaya and Kirivehera Temple. Further, the Commander visited 12 Infantry Division, 12 Battalion Gajaba Regiment, Hambantota Harbour, 18 Gemunu Watch and 121 Infantry Brigade.
The General Officer Commanding, 12 Infantry Division, Commanders of the 121 and 122 Infantry Brigades and Senior Officers accompanied the Security Forces Commander during the official visit.
