Security Forces (West) Hosts Lecture on Psychological Approach to Leadership

As part of the Training Day Programme, a lecture and practical session focusing on the "Psychological Approach to Leadership" was conducted on 6 November 2024 at the 4th Regiment of Sri Lanka Artillery.

The session was conducted by Lieutenant Colonel G.G.M.G De Silva ato under the guidance of Major General A.H.L.G Amarapala RWP RSP ndc psc, Commander Security Forces (West).

Senior Officers, Officers and Other Ranks participated in the lecture.
