Major General D.K.S.K Dolage USP nps psc, the 22nd Commander, Security Forces (Central), relinquished his duties on 11th February 2025 during a formal ceremony at the Security Forces Headquarters (Central) premises, to assume duties as the Commandant, Sri Lanka Army Volunteer Force.
Upon his arrival, he was accorded a Guard Turnout, followed by a Guard of Honour by the troops of 7 Sri Lanka Signals Corps. Subsequently, the outgoing Commander, placed his signature on a formal document to signify the relinquishment of his office and posed for a group photograph.
Afterwards, he addressed the troops and extended his sincere gratitude to them for their support during his tenure. The event concluded with an All-Ranks tea. Senior Officers, Officers, and Other Ranks participated in the ceremony.
