Secretary Defence Inspects Construction Site

Major General (Retd) Kamal Gunaratne, Secretary Defence after the main itinerary of his visit to the new Army Headquarters on Monday (9), together with Lieutenant General Shavendra Silva, Commander of the Army and a few Senior Officers went to see the adjoining construction site of the new MoD, Navy and Air Force buildings.

At first, he visited the office complex of the Chief of Defence Staff, Ministry of Defence, Navy and Air Force buildings under construction in the same complex.

He also met a cross section of senior Officers and officials, responsible for constructions and shared a few thoughts with them. Similarly, he did not forget to speak to tri-service troops, engaged in construction work.Sports Shoes | Nike
