THE second Court Martial probing into charges, related to General Sarath Fonseka’s violation of military procurement procedures, resumed its sittings on Monday (24) as scheduled.
Defence Counsel as well as prosecutors made their submissions to the tribunal and the proceedings went on till evening.
The next hearing will take place on 3rd June 2010 at 3.00 p.m. (ends)
