‘Hydramani Apparels’ in cooperation with ‘Tesco Company’ of the United Kingdom (UK) donated 7000 school uniforms for students in Mullaittivu area at the ‘Star Plaza’ in Puthukkuddiyiruppu, under the coordination of the 68 Division of the Security Force Headquarters Mullaittivu (SFHQ-MLT) on Wednesday (03).
Major General Jagath Dias,Commander, SFHQ-MLT graced the occasion as the Chief Guest. Secretary Mullaittivu District, Provincial Educational Director, Executive Director of the ‘Hydramani Apparels’, Mr. Tony Nadaraja, staff of the ‘Tesco company’, senior officers, teachers and parents were present at the ceremony.
Similar programmes, identical to this are to be held in all the Brigades and Divisions of the SFHQ-MLT.
Meanwhile, a similar donation of uniforms to another group of 300 school students was conducted at Kachchilamadu Maha Vidyalaya on Thursday (4).
