School Stationery Distributed to Rural Students in Dimbulagala

The 231 Infantry Brigade conducted a programme to distribute school stationery to 233 students at Vijaya Parackrama Kanishta Vidyalaya, Kalukale, Dimbulagala, on 21 December 2024.

This initiative was conducted under the guidance of the Commander of the 231 Infantry Brigade and the supervision of the Commanding Officer of the 12 Gemunu Watch.

The event was sponsored by the Wide Vision Foundation, represented by Mr. M.A. Dayarathna, Mr. Indika Silva, and Mr. Sehan Dananjaya.

Major General W.P. Kariyawasam, General Officer Commanding of 23 Infantry Division graced the occasion as the Chief Guest. Senior Officers, Officers, and the Assistant Divisional Secretary of Dimbulagala participated in the event.
