A sponsorship, provided by the Coordinating Secretary of the 'ATHAHITHA' Foundation, Mr. Prasad Lokubalasooriya and his peers at the University of Sri Jayawardenepura and Colombo Royal College enabled the 62 Division HQ to give away school books and accessories to 130 needy students at Sampathnuwara National School on Thursday (31).
General Officer Commanding 62 Division Major General Samantha Silva graced as the Chief Guest for donation of those text books to those students who are scheduled to sit the G.C.E (O/L) examination in 2021 from the Sampathnuwara Education Zone.
