RSMs in Kilinochchi Attend Workshop on ‘Regimentation & Personality Development’

Upon a notion of Major General Sampath Kotuwegoda, Commander, Security Forces Kilinochchi, a workshop on ‘Regimentation and Personality Development’ got underway for Regimental Sergeant Majors (RSMs) serving all formations under the Security Force Headquarters Kilinochchi on Friday (11) at SFHQ-KLN auditorium.

Commander SF KLN delivered the opening address exposing the objectives of the workshop and explained why priority was given to Regimental Sergeant Majors. He reminded them of the respect, responsibility and the accountability the Regimental Sergeant Majors and urged them to fulfill well in future too.

Moreover, General Staff Officer I (Operations), Lt Col M Chandresekara and Capt H.C.R.R.P.K Rathnayaka, Officer Commanding, Signal Squadron at the Security Force Headquarters Kilinochchi conducted lectures about personality development of Army soldiers and a separate brain storming session on analysis on the practical situations, faced by military personnel on discipline issues.
