Royalists Receive Army Drill Training

In response to a request made by Colombo Royal College, troops of the 21 Sri Lanka Sinha Regiment, 7 Gemunu Watch, 14 Vijayabahu Infantry Regiment and 7 (V) Gajaba Regiment of the 142 Infantry Brigade under the 14 Infantry Division of the Security Force HQ-West lent their drill training expertise to students for a formal parade, coincident with their Annual Sports Meet during 17 - 27 July.

During the training, students had the opportunity to learn discipline, teamwork, and precision in addition to drill training. The Commander, 142 Infantry Brigade closely monitored the Army’s contribution with the blessings of the Commander, Security Forces - West and the General Officer Commanding of the 14 Infantry Division.
