Road Map to Enhance Knowledge on IT in All Arms Launched

The office of the Chief Signal Officer along with the Ranaviru Information Technology Training Institute (RITTI), all arms in the Army are to be empowered with IT literacy and competence before they are referred to NVQ Level 3 qualification as they reach retirement age.

Accordingly, 28 Army personnel of different regiments, trained in IT which would benefit the organization as well as during their retirement. They received their certificates of qualifications from the Chief Signal Officer, Sri Lanka Army Major General Asoka Peiris who attended the awarding ceremony as the Chief Guest at Panagoda. The Chief Signal Officer addressing the audience underlined the importance of learning IT in this digital age as an added qualification for their career progression.

The Director Studies at the RITTI, Lieutenant Colonel R.C Wijekoon and the Commanding Officer 11 Regiment Sri Lanka Signal Corps Lieutenant Colonel S.D Kotalawela were also present during the event.latest jordans | Nike Air Max 270
