One more batch of Nepal-based Sri Lankan expatriates, including an Officer Cadet under training was flown back to Colombo from Kathmandu airport last evening (24) on a directive given by HE the President.
Those students have remained in Nepal for more than a month due to prevailing circumstances.
01 out of the total 76 is an Officer Cadet from Sri Lanka who had gone there for military training.
Arrangements were in place at the same time to refer all of them to Quarantine Centres upon their return for necessary quarantine process at Punani and Waikkal Dolphin Hotel.
