Ranaviru Apparels Workforce Learns about ‘Mental Health’

More than 350 troops of the ‘Ranaviru Apparels’ (RVAPL) recently learnt more on ‘Mental Health and Stress Management’ as a part of their training when representative of National Council for Mental Health, delivered a few lectures at Yakkala RVAPL camp premises.

It was organized on the guidelines given by the Commandant, RVAPL, Major General Manjula Manathunga.

Mr Hema Nishantha Vithanage, Senior Psychological Counselor at National Council for Mental Health conducted the lectures. Several resource personnel including Mr Gamini Subasinghe, Rehabilitation and Program Coordinating Officer and Mrs Kalhari Kumari, Mental Helth Information Officer at the National Council for Mental Health gave their support to this programme.

The project focused on topics, such as Suicides, Use of Alcohol and Drugs, Stress Management, Enhancement of Life Skills and Happy Married Life, etc. Best Sneakers | UOMO, SCARPE
