A poetic sermon ‘Kavi Bana’ was organized by the troops of the Ranaviru Apparels at Yakkala on the instructions of Brigadier Senaka Dassanayake, Commandant, Ranaviru Apparels last Tuesday (6).
The sermon was conducted in order to transfer merits to fallen War Heroes and invoke blessings on serving Army personnel and civil employees of the Army as well as to inspire the troops in the Ranaviru Apparels of for religious activities.
Ven. Medirigiriye Nagitha Thero of the Sri Susila Maha Pirivena, Kadugannawa delivered an interesting poetic Dhamma Sermon ‘Kavi Bana’ during the religious programme, held at Ranaviru Apparels premises at Yakkala.
A large crowd including the Commandant, Deputy Commandant together with senior officers, officers, other ranks, civil employees in the Ranaviru Apparels and their family members participated in the event.
