All Principal Staff Officers (PSOs) at the Army HQ this morning (22) threw a surprise birthday party to Lieutenant General Shavendra Silva, Chief of Defence Staff and Commander of the Army who is also the Head of the National Operation Centre for Prevention of COVID-19 Outbreak (NOCPCO) by organizing a special multi-coloured gateau.
