Promoted Judge Advocate General Felicitated at Regimental HQ

The Sri Lanka Army General Service Corps (SLAGSC) Headquarters on Wednesday (9) held a felicitation ceremony on behalf of the newly-promoted Major General Edward Jayasinghe, Judge Advocate General at the Army Headquarters when he arrived at the Regimental Headquarters premises at Panagoda with the participation of a large number of officers and Other Ranks.

The day's Chief Guest was welcomed by the Colonel Kumara Abeysingha SLAGSC Centre Commandant at the main entrance before he was invited to review the Guard Turnout and receive the subsequent salute in the Guard of Honour in the parade ground.

Afterwards, the newly felicitated senior officer sat together with Officers for a few group photographs adding memories. A tea arrangement at the Coporals' Club awarded the opportunity for him to share a few thoughts with one another.
