The ‘World Postal Day’ commemorative ceremonies in the Jaffna peninsula recognized the services of two Postal Department employees in the Jaffna post office and the Delft Island post office during a special ceremony, organized at Jaffna Saraswathi Hall where Major General Udaya Perera, Commander, Security Force Headquarters - Jaffna (SFHQ-J) was the Chief Guest.
