A musical show, organized by the Army made the people in and around Paranthan to enjoy the evening, keeping their tiring routine work aside for a moment.
Musicians in 1 Sri Lanka Sinha Regiment (SLSR) band entertained the crowd allowing some of the participants to exhibit their singing talents to the audience with the performing band. The event also helped build confidence among residents eliminating their fear psychosis after April 21 attacks.
Brigadier Shantha Hewawitharana, Commander 57 Division and his subordinate Commanders in the 572 Brigade and 1 SLSR battalion organized the event on the directions given by the Commander Security Forces - Kilinochchi Major General Vijitha Ravipriya.
