Overlooking DGGS and MGO Inquires Security and Administrative Matters of SFHQs

Major General G.M.N Perera RWP RSP USP ndc, Overlooking Director General General Staff (DGGS) and Quarter Master General together with Major General A.K Rajapaksa RSP, Master General Ordnance (MGO) conducted visits to 1 Corps on 30 April 2024, Security Forces Headquarters – Jaffna (SFHQ- J) on 29 April 2024 and SFHQ- Wanni on 01 May 2024 with the intention of inquiring about security and administration matters of respective locations.

Respective Commanders of 1 Corps and SFHQs together with General Officers Commanding warmly welcomed the arriving Senior Officers at each location. Afterwards, they took part in comprehensive discussions regarding security and administrative matters in each area with the participation of Commanders of respective Brigades and Commanding Officers.

During the meetings, necessary instructions and guidelines were exchanged with the Directors and Senior Officers in Army Headquarters who participated in those meetings via zoom technology.

Senior Officers of General Staff Branch, Quarter Master General Branch and Master General Ordnance Branch also took part in those visits.
