HE the President Ranil Wickremesinghe, Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces, coincident with the 15th National War Heroes’ Day alias ‘Victory Day’ has promoted a total of 114 Officers of the Sri Lanka Army (Regular and Volunteer Force) and 1395 Other Ranks of the Army to their respective next rank on the recommendations of the Ministry of Defence and Lieutenant General Vikum Liyanage RWP RSP ndu, Commander of the Army.
