Army troops, engaged in constructing houses for newly resettled people, continue with their good Samaritan roles in 61 Division Headquarters area.
33 Sri Lanka National Guard (SLNG) troops serving Oddankulam-Vinayagapuram areas under 612 Brigade Headquarters, built a new house for Ms Nishan Anusha, a resident in Vinayagapuram and invited her to symbolically receive it on Thursday (16) during a simple ceremony.
Colonel K N S Kotuwegoda, Brigade Commander 612 Brigade handed over the keys of the new house to the recipient.
