Officiating New 661 Brigade Commander Begins Duties

Colonel Shantha Hewage of Sri Lanka Artillery assumed duties as the new officiating Brigade Commander of the 661 Infantry Brigade under the 66 Division of the Security Forces - Killinochchi on Monday (18).

The newly-appointed officiating Brigade Commander was greeted to a Guard Turnout on arrival at entrance of the 661 Infantry Brigade.

To mark the memorable event, the new Brigade Commander planted a sapling in the Brigade Headquarters and addressed All Rankers before he participated in All Rank tea table.
