A three-day workshop on ‘Emotional Intelligence’, meant for officers serving as Second in Command appointments under the Security Force Headquarters, Kilinochchi (SFHQ-KLN), covered subjects such as Economic Development, Civil Administration, Law, Psychological Operations, Mental Distress, Health, etc.
The arrangement, organized on the instruction of Major General Sudantha Ranasinghe, Commander, Security Forces Headquarters - Killinochchi (SFHQ -KLN), was inaugurated with a brief address to the attendees by the Commander SFHQ-KLN. The closing address was delivered by General Officer Commanding, 66 Division.
The event at Ampakam Training Centre was conducted by a panel of scholars, drawn from the private sector.
