The newly-promoted General Officer Commanding 52 Division, Major General Sena Waduge of the Security Force Headquarters - Jaffna was welcomed at the Division Headquarters on Tuesday (19) in accordance with military traditions.
On arrival at the premises, a Guard Turnout, followed by a parade greeted him and invited him for refreshments.
