Newcomers to the Grade - 1 class at Bogaswewa Maha Vidyalaya in the new resettled village at Bogaswewa, Vavuniya, enjoyed the spacious comfort in the new building, constructed by them for those kids when they arrived at the school premises on Thursday (16).
Students arriving at the premises to begin with their New Year studies were also gifted 98 push bicycles, enabling them to arrive at Bogaswewa school with less inconvenience.
General Officer Commanding, 56 Division who took the initiative in getting a new building and push bicycles for students in this school was also present at this welcome ceremony in the school. Mr C.P Siriwardana, Additional Secretary to the Presidential Tasks Force for Resettlement, Development and Security - Northern Province as the Chief Guest attended the occasion.
