Newly-recruited 323 female soldiers at Sri Lanka Army Women’s Corps Recruit Training Centre in Sadunpura on Wednesday (16) listened to a lecture on 'Enhancing of Physical, Mental and Spiritual Stability’, organized by the Directorate of Psychological Operations as part of their training project.
Lieutenant Colonel B.G.S Samanthi of National Cadets Corps on the instructions and directions of the Directorate of Psychological Operations delivered the lecture.
During the lecture, they were updated on possibilities of mitigating challenges in their military life in a balanced way and leading happy lives with their wives, sons and daughters and adults.
