Major General K.W Edema assumed duties recently in a brief ceremony at the Sri Lanka Army Service Corps (SLASC) Regimental Centre.
Major General Edema signed up a formal document to signify the acceptance of the new office.
A Guard Turnout and a Guard of Honour greeted the new Colonel Commandant upon his arrival at the SLASC Regimental Headquarters premises keeping with military traditions.
