The newly constructed billet of the Other Ranks in the 59 Division under the Security Force Headquarters-Muulaitivu (SFHQ-MLT) was declared open on Thursday (7).
Brigadier Nishantha Wanniarachchi, General Officer Commanding, 59 Division ceremonially opened the billet which could accommodate 60 other ranks.
Officers and other ranks of the 59 Division attended the event.
