New Operational Wing for Patient Facilitation Set up at Matale

In order to provide more steam to the ongoing COVID-19 prevention operations in the Matale District, Major General Nishantha Manage, General Officer Commanding 53 Division Reserve Strike Force in his capacity as Matale District Coordinating Officer set up a new Operation Room and an Ambulance service at Pallepola Public library premises on Thursday (3).

The inauguration of this assistance service will largely help health authorities to closely coordinate emergency arrangements.

General Officer Commanding 53 Division, Chairman Pallepola Pradeshiya Sabha, few Senior Officers of the 53 Division and staff members of the Predeshiya Sabha attended the inaugural occasion.
