The newly-constructed Officers' Mess at the Logistic Command Headquarters at Kosgama on Tuesday (25) was opened by Major General Mahinda Ambanpola, Deputy Chief of Staff during a brief ceremony.
The project was initiated on the directions of Major General R.M.J.A Rathnayaka, Logistic Commander.
Many officers of Headquarters Logistic Command attended the inaugural ceremony.
