Brigadier W.M.N.K.D Bandara RWP RSP USP ndu psc assumed duties as the 45th Commandant at Minneriya Infantry Training Center (ITC) amid religious blessings at the ITC office premises on Monday (18) November 2024.
The newly-appointed Commandant, ITC was warmly welcomed by the Commanding Officer according a Guard Turnout, presented by ITC troops on arrival.
Afterward, he placed his signature on an official document to mark his assumption of duties. The day’s proceedings culminated with his formal address to the Officers and Other Ranks.
Officers, Other Ranks and ITC staff were present at the occasion.
