New Director Assumes Duties at Directorate of Overseas Operations

Brigadier S.A. Hettige RSP psc assumed duties as the Director of the Directorate of Overseas Operations on 5 December 2024 at the Army Headquarters, Sri Jayewardenepura.

To mark the commencement of his new office, the Senior Officer signed a formal document at an auspicious time, amidst religious observances and rituals, in his new office.

Senior Officers, Officers, and Other Ranks attended the occasion and extended their congratulatory remarks on his new appointment.
