Brigadier P.A Dharmasri Kahapola assumed office as the new Director for the Directorate of Human Rights and International Humanitarian Law (HR & IHL) on Thursday (10) during a simple ceremony amidst religious observances. He is the 19th Director for this wing of the Army.
After signing a formal document, he symbolized the acceptance of the new office. Before this appointment, he was the Commandant, Combat Training School (CTS), Ampara.
