New Deputy Chief Of Staff Honoured At His SLEME RHQ Premises

Colonel Commandant of the, Sri Lanka Electrical and Mechanical Engineers (SLEME) Major General Duminda Sirinaga paid his first official visit to the SLEME Regimental Headquarters at Colombo 2 on Thursday (1) after he assumed duties as the Deputy Chief of Staff (DCOS) of the Sri Lanka Army.

Upon his arrival at the SLEME Regimental Headquarters, a Guard Turnout greeted him after Brigaider Nilam Herath, Centre Commandant of the SLEME Regiment received him.

Later on, he was ushered to the camp area to receive military honours in the Guard of Honour, presented in his honour.

The visiting Deputy Chief of Staff was also invited for a group photograph before he shared refreshments with Retired Senior officers, Brigadier Indu Samarakoon, Director EME, Centre Commandant, Senior officers & officers.
