New Central Commander Pays His Maiden Visit to 11 Infantry Division HQ

Major General W.W.H.R.R.V.M.N.D.K.B Niyangoda RWP RSP VSV USP ndu psc, the newly-appointed Commander, Security Forces - Central paid his maiden visit to the 11 Infantry Division HQ at Pallekele on Thursday (Aug 03).

Major General R.M.M Ranasinghe WWV RWP RSP, General Officer Commanding, 11 Infantry Division warmly welcomed the Senior Officer after he was saluted in a colourful Guard Turnout at the entrance, presented by 10 Gajaba Regiment troops.

Afterwards, he planted a mango sapling before he posed for a group photograph with the Divisional staff. Further, he addressed the 11 Infantry Division troops and interacted with the troops during an All-Rank tea.

Infantry Brigade Commanders, Divisional Staff Officers, Senior Officers, Officers and Other Ranks also participated in the series of events.
