The newly established gold fence around Bo Maluwa and the shrine at the Security Force Headquarters - Jaffna (SFHQ-J) was unveiled on Tuesday (4) by Major General Mahinda Hathurusinghe, Commander, SFHQ-J, amidst Seth Pirith of the Maha Sangha.
During the same evening, troops organized a ‘Bodhi Pooja Pinkama’ at the premises under the aegis of Ven. Pahala Pitiyala Janananda Thero, Ven. Kahagolle Somavansha Thero and Ven. Daranagama Kusaladhamma Thero.
Mrs Mahinda Hathurusinghe, SFHQ-J senior officers and a large gathering of officers and other ranks attended the occasion.
