Security Force Headquarters-Kilinochchi (SFHQ-KLN) in cooperation with the ‘Association of Ophthalmic Opticians’, donated a pair of spectacles and a stock of essential school items to a needy student at Paranthan Hindu College after inviting the beneficiary, D. Nikshan on Monday (1) to the SFHQ-KLN.
The spectacles are worth over Rs 10,000/= and the donation was made in response to a humanitarian appeal, made by a leading civilian in the area.
