The 591 Brigade of the 59 Division under the Security Force Headquarters - Mullaittivu (SFHQ-MLT) deployed more than 175 Army personnel to conduct a cleanup campaign in the surroundings of the Mullaittivu Provincial Hospital on Saturday (4).
The initiative, taken on the directions of Major General Jagath Dias, Commander, SFHQ-MLT, coincided with the forthcoming 65th Army Anniversary.
The Shramadana cleanup campaign lasted for about 6 hours in the premises.
