MIR Troops Distribute School Supplies to 100 Deserving Students

Troops of the Mechanized Infantry Regiment (MIR) facilitated and coordinated the distribution of a stock of school accessories and shoes to 100 deserving students at Dambulu Halmillawewa Model School on 02 December 2023 at the Regimental Headquarters premises. The event was graced by the presence of Major General M.G.W.W.W.M.C.B Wickramasinghe RWP RSP ndu psc, Director General General Staff, AHQ and Colonel of the Regiment MIR.

This thoughtful initiative was further supported by the generous financial contribution of the 86 O/L (88 A/L) Batch of Dharmaraja College, Kandy, who partnered with the MIR to ensure the success of this impactful project.
