The Mechanized Infantry Regiment celebrated its 13th anniversary giving prominence to the religious activities. The whole night 'Pirith' chanting followed by an alms-giving on 07 March 2020 at the Regimental Centre to invoke blessings on the Regiment.
The event was organized under the guidance of the Centre Commandant Brigadier S.J Priyadarshana and the close supervision of the Deputy Centre Commandant Colonel K.K.S Perakum.
Major General A.G.D.N Jayasundera, Colonel of the Regiment, together with Council members, Senior Officers, all Commanding Officers, Officers and Other Ranks of the Regimental staff and cross-section from each battalion attended the event.Running sports | Nike, adidas, Converse & More
