Military Secretary’s Branch Conducts Workshop on Officer Career Planning

The Military Secretary’s Branch organized a one-day workshop aimed at educating Staff Officers of the Officer Career Planning Cell in Regimental Centers on 29 February 2024. The workshop, attended by 44 Staff Officers from various Regiments, focused on enhancing coordination between the Military Secretary’s Branch and Regimental Centers.

The primary objective of the workshop was to improve understanding and knowledge of existing criteria and policies related to Officer Career Planning and Management, ensure effective career management for Officers of Regimental Centers.
