With the support of a group of medical officers from the ‘Nawajeewana’ Medical Center, comprised of Dr. Jayan Steepan, Dr.J Jayasheelan, Dr.Giridara, the 4 Sri Lanka Army Medical Corps (SLMC), conducted separate medical clinics at Uduthurai Maternal Clinic on Friday (12) and Kaddaikadu Roman Catholic Tamil School on Saturday (13). More than 460 civilians received medical consultations and treated from these clinics.
This event was organized on the directions of the Commanding Officer of the (SLMC) and the support of the Commanding Officers of the 10 and 12 Vijayabahu Infantry Regiments (VIR).
